Over 80 completed projects and twenty years of activity in the Czech and Slovak republics make Fastav Development one of the leading shopping centre developers. We work with major retail chains, including Kaufland, TESCO, Ahold and the Rewe group.

We prepare complex development projects - we arrange the purchase of land, the necessary permits, purchase or lease agreements, agreements with business associates, financing and construction.

However, our activities extend even further: today we lease more than 25,000 m2 of commercial space in our own retail parks under the Fastmall brand. Our tenants primarily operate clothing and shoe stores, drugstores as well as stores selling electrical appliances and sporting goods. 

All of our projects are characterised by a sensitive approach to the surrounding environment. These are very often ‘brownfield’ projects, i.e. on land located in dilapidated areas. As such, our projects often bring life to places where it has long been missing, creating a positive effect on further development. Our main goal is to create projects with long-term and permanent value. For this reason, we try to create synergy to ensure the long-term attractiveness of our projects from the perspective of our clients and investors.
